Resident using multiple driveways of other residents,inc 2 abandoned vehicles full of junk,i mean full. also rear gardens full of rubbish,inc fridge freezers,furniture,general waste. also residents last 2 dustbins were taken away,full of rubbish by council,and gave resident new bin. resident now uses 3 bins,full to the brim,left in street,outside neighbours houses. left there for several weeks
